The book I remember as the worst I've read is The Life and Opinions of Tristram Shandy, Gentleman by Laurence Sterne I had to read in my first year at UBC. Not everything that happens in the book because I finished reading it, but if I remember certain things that I liked. One of the reasons I found the book enjoyable is that it had a coherent story. The book is supposedly the story of Tristram Shandy's life but is actually a series of digressions. The narrator can tell something without being distracted and then start with another story. Supposedly these digressions make the book will be comedic but I was laughing at me, I was sleeping. Every time I read it was very boring. I felt like I was wasting my time because terue I have so many bad memories of the book, I'm kinda interested to see how they could do in a movie ....
