Ingredients:
400ml milk 1 pod vanilla 3 egg yolks
1 egg 80g sugar
Preparation Put the milk in a saucepan along with the seeds of the vanilla pod (you open it and remove the seeds from inside.) You take it to a boil.
In a bowl mix the egg yolks, egg and sugar (I went through the mill to make it more fino). Strain the hot milk over the mixture in the bowl and stir well. Remove any foam that may appear on the surface.
Pour into cups and put them on a baking tray. Fill water pan to reach about half of the cups and bake for 30 minutes (preheated to 140 degrees) or to the consistency (to me more than 45 minutes.) Cool containers and put them in the oven until they go to eat.
I took a little cinnamon because my parents like it that way, but usually we put a cookie on top of each custard maria and voila
