Ruby Gård Medåker Sverige Linden Special: Manchego cuisine

No Don Quixote. Along with the crumbs, this is my favorite dish of the cuisine of La Mancha. I try to avoid the brains xDD



Based
peppers have the
asadillo
is a hot or cold dish consisting of roasted red peppers and cut into strips, sauteed with garlic and cumin. I can not stand the damn, so this dish is the one I like, but it is a big hit with all guests.

The
ratatouille is a sauce to simmer vegetables in season, among which are always tomatoes and peppers. It is usually accompanied by fried eggs and ham.
